Our 10-year guarantee:

• Every Radiator Outlet product in Ireland is covered by a 10-year warranty.
•  If you experience any issues, we've got you covered – we'll either replace the product or provide a full refund, covering the original cost of the item.
• To initiate the warranty process, simply report the fault to us. We'll issue a returns authorisation number and arrange free postage for the return of the faulty product.
