Delivery

How long will my delivery take?

Our delivery service guarantees a fixed 48-hour timeframe for orders placed.

Will I be contacted about my delivery?

Certainly. You will receive a text message containing a delivery timeslot for your order. If the suggested timeslot is inconvenient, feel free to reach out to us, and we will gladly arrange an alternative delivery date that suits your schedule.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

The procedure varies based on the shipping company employed. If a third-party courier handles your delivery and you're not available, they will attempt delivery again on the following working day. In the case of a Radiator Outlet delivery driver, a card will be left with various re-delivery options, along with contact details for reaching out directly to our delivery team to reschedule.

What happens if I am not home for the delivery?

For deliveries by a third-party shipping company, the item will be returned to the depot and redelivered on the next working day. If the delivery is via a Radiator Outlet driver, they will attempt to contact you using the provided number. If successful, they will accommodate your instructions, such as leaving the item in a secure location or with a neighbour.

Will I get a timeslot for my delivery?

Certainly. We will send a text message to the provided number during checkout, specifying the accurate delivery day and timeslot.

Do you deliver on a weekend?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer a weekend service at present.

How do I modify or cancel my order?

Contact our team ASAP if you need to make any changes to your order. Orders are processed swiftly and modifications or refunds can only be made once the unwanted items are returned to us, provided the order has not already been shipped.

I have an issue with my order, what do I do?

We can deliver on a Saturday, but this option would need to be selected at checkout. In busier times, the Radiator Outlet team may deliver your order on a weekend, this is subject to the time of year. But, we would advise that a weekend delivery is only guaranteed if selected at the time of order.

How do I modify my order?

The quickest resolution for any issues is through our Help Centre. Contact us through that channel and our team will promptly investigate and address your concerns.

What time is the cutoff for urgent orders?

Our daily cutoff time is 2pm. If you have an urgent request after this time, please call us and our team will confirm whether dispatching the order after this time is feasible.

Can I collect my order from the store?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer a collection service at present.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, including digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Additionally, we offer the convenience of payment through PayPal and Klarna.

If you've placed an order but haven't received an order confirmation email or landed on our "Thanks for your Order" page, it's likely that your payment was not successful. In such cases, please reach out to our team, and we will promptly verify the status of your payment.

Can I place an over the phone?

Certainly. If you contact us via telephone we can assist you on your radiator purchase and take payment securely.

Do prices include VAT?

Yes, all our prices are VAT-inclusive at a rate of 23%. Customers will not incur any additional duty charges.

What do I do if I am VAT-exempt?

If you qualify as a VAT-exempt customer, contact our team and a member of our accounts department will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.

Do you offer a finance option?

Yes, we do. We provide both PayPal Credit and Klarna as finance options on our website. When you choose these options at checkout, your finance application is handled directly by PayPal and Klarna. It's important to note that the outcome of your application is entirely independent of Radiator Outlet.

Can you make custom products?

We don’t sorry, we only have the radiators currently available on our website.

How do I make a warranty claim?

We can’t make radiators in different dimensions or styles to what are available on our website. However, via our MyDreamRadiator service, we can offer you multiple colour choices. What colour is ‘raw metal’?

Raw metal radiators boast a unique finish – an uncoated radiator with a clear protective lacquer. Each piece is distinct, exhibiting slight variations, rust and small defects under the lacquer. While they offer a fantastic aesthetic, we advise against choosing this option if you prefer a pristine painted finish.

How do I make a warranty claim?

To make a warranty claim, simply complete the warranty section on our Help Centre page and a member of our team will get back to you promptly and resolve the matter for you.

What are the radiators made from?

All our radiators are crafted from high-quality steel, ensuring warmth, reliability and efficiency. Each radiator has a minimum thickness of 1.5mm.

Can I clean my radiators?

Do I need to service my radiators?

Do the radiators include valves?

No, as valve styles and shapes vary, we don't include them. Our radiators come complete with brackets, fitting kit, bleed plug and air vent plug. Valves need to be purchased separately from our website.

Do I need to purchase anything extra?

No, our radiators come with brackets, fitting kit, bleed plug and air vent plug. The only additional item required is valves. Electric radiators are not currently Wi-Fi operated, but separate heating elements for Wi-Fi operation are available in our radiator accessories category.

What does my order status mean?

A product is showing out of stock

In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, contact us via phone or email. Our team will confirm the status and provide information on when the item will be available again. In some cases, it might be a technical glitch, so it's worthwhile to get in touch to confirm.

I am having issues completing checkout

If you encounter checkout issues, it could be a rare technical glitch. For urgent orders, call us and we can process your order over the phone for immediate dispatch. If the order isn't time-sensitive, trying again the following day is likely to resolve the issue.

Our website, by default, does not accept overseas orders. If you're located overseas and wish to place an order, please contact us in advance so we can provide a shipping quote tailored to your destination.
